Modern Boho is all about creating a feeling of serenity while going against the strict norms of what you ‘should’ do. There is an air of calmness inherent in this style; a relaxed and care-free vibe. In interior design terms this is translated in the textures, shapes, and earthy natural colours which combine to create a chilled out feeling in a space.

How do you say ‘coastal’ without saying ‘coastal’?
If you have a holiday rental by the sea, it can be a struggle not to fall down the cliché rabbit hole when it comes to interior design. It’s a hard balance to find, but this scheme nails it. Coastal CAN be stylish and classy! It’s all about bringing the feeling of the coast into the design, and giving ‘nods’ to your location rather than obvious statements.

FAQs
Are the schemes as relevant for a 4-bed property as they are for a 1-2 bed?
YES! Regardless of how many rooms you have, each scheme is designed in a way that will provide enough products for multiple rooms without the need to make them identical (I’m not a fan of the cookie-cutter approach!)
If everyone is using the same scheme, how will mine ‘stand out from the crowd’?
Good question! I have devised these schemes to have some adaptability, which means there are multiple options for different combinations of products. This makes it is highly unlikely that two people will end up with identical properties. Different choices, different properties, different results!
If there are multiple choices, how will I know which to choose to make sure they all go together?
Everything will work together - whatever you choose! That is how I have designed each scheme. In the odd cases where there is something to be aware of regarding what will work with what, I have written a note in the Specification List.
How much will all the products cost?
It depends what you want to spend, but don’t worry, I have given a range of products from budget to slightly more expensive so you get to choose depending on the budget you have available. There is something for everyone and every budget. (You can also add your spending to the Specification List which automatically totals what you have spent.)
What if an item is out of stock or has a long lead time?
This may happen, but if it does there will be other options for you to choose. By knowing what items you should be buying, you will also know the kind of style to look for should you need to search yourself. The items on the list are all currently in stock at the time of designing the scheme (and not in ‘clearance’ sections) and each scheme is updated periodically by myself to ensure all links are valid.
How do I keep track of what I have ordered or need to order?
Within the Specification List spreadsheet there are three extra column to the right-hand side. These are for you to: a) add any notes/comments; b) mark when you have ordered something; and c) record the cost of the item(s) you’ve ordered. An automatic tally of how much you are spending is also included in this final column.
Can you help me implement the scheme in my property?
It is unlikely that you’ll need any help as everything is included to enable you to progress straight away, however, if you still feel that you’d like my input, you can upgrade at the point of purchase and add on a 60min Zoom consultation with myself. All details are given at checkout.
