Bespoke Design Scheme & Specification List - for holiday rental owners

  • Cut out the overwhelm of making all the design decisions yourself with an easy to use Specification List including reference images, supplier details, item specifics, price, and live weblinks so you can go easily and directly to each product.

  • You’ll be able to tell your decorators exactly what to do, and where! No more last minute panic decisions, or leaving it to your decorators to decide (Don’t ever do this!)

  • YOUR property – YOUR scheme. Bespoke to you to ensure you stand out from the crowd and attract more bookings.

  • Key elements: bespoke design concept, colour scheme, moodboards and spec list. Details on wall finishes, furniture style, fittings/fixtures and accessories including specific artwork.

  • Pre-scheme:  A questionnaire to really get to the nitty-gritty of what you need, want, and what will work for your specific property and your specific ideal guest.

  • Post-scheme: A link to a video (on Loom), created personally for you, where I run through the visuals/documents provided. This is much easier to digest and really highlights why decisions have been made and how this will impact your property and your business!

Styling & photography - for holiday rental owners

  • If you want your property to be styled like a magazine shoot, I’ve got you covered! With tricks of the trade and an expert’s eye, every last detail will be considered, and your images will stop those scrollers in their tracks!

  • Staging & styling can often seem appealing, but in reality it is stressful! Alleviate that stress by booking me to plan it for you.

  • Preparing a property pre-photoshoot is vital to the smooth running of the shoot day – I will arrive the day before the shoot day to go through everything with a fine-toothed comb! Making it look fabulous in the process.

  • Styling a property for photography takes a whole different skill, but have no fear – this is what I do! On the day of the shoot, I work closely with my photographer (price included in the fee) to ensure every image is of the highest quality to get you standing out and selling your Airbnb to those ideal guests, who will know that your place is perfect for them.

  • Key elements: Staging/Styling Brief with reference images and a clear direction for the style desired; liaison with the photographer, prop list, time the day before, on site, for the final touches, day on site for photography***.

*Note this service cannot be done remotely, and will incur additional travel costs (mileage or train ticket). Any location further than 90 min drive from my studio (WF4); will also require additional accommodation costs, tbc at booking.

**For the purchase of any final styling props, a pro-forma invoice would be sent for the cost of the required items. (NB: This is only available if I am driving to your location.)

***One day photoshoot for each property up to 3-bed. Properties of 4-bed+ will require more time (tbc at booking) to ensure the same quality is achieved. Photographer fee included.
